  What is Yoga:

The word yoga means union; union of the mind, body and spirit.

But to different people it means different things: a workout for the body (sometimes gentle, sometimes more energised), a chance to switch off your mind, relaxation, stress-relief, finding time for yourself, meditation, escape from reality, liberation or a way to heal yourself.

Through a variety of body postures and sequences and a focus on breathing, many benefits can be gained.

Prices: Classes are £8 drop in or £42 for a block of 6 classes. (This may be used within a 10 week period).

Women's one to one classes available either in the Eastbourne studio or your own home £40 single class or £140 for a block of 4 classes. (To be used within 4 months).
