  What is Yoga:

The word yoga means union; union of the mind, body and spirit. But to different people it means different things: a workout for the body (sometimes gentle, sometimes more energised), a chance to switch off your mind, relaxation, stress-relief, finding time for yourself, meditation, escape from reality, liberation or a way to heal yourself. Through a variety of body postures and sequences and a focus on breathing, many benefits can be gained.

I will cater the yoga to fit your requirements so that whatever level you are at, I will make it accessible to you by modifying poses and help you develop your own yoga practice from there.
